What sticker options are available?
We produce stickers with your name, surname (You can also add your blood group or the text you like) and flag, shield or logo.
You’ll be able to customize your sports equipment like a professional.
What are the colour options?
Our packs include 5 transparent stickers with black letters to be used on light coloured equipment and 5 transparent stickers with white letters to be used on dark coloured equipment.

Your stickers are sent to the address indicated on the order free of charge.

Order payment is done in a simple, fast and secure manner. Orders placed can be paid for with credit card, debit card or PayPal through Stripe platform. We also accept Apple and Google pay.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our team will do everything so that you receive your order in the shortest time possible. Please keep in mind that our products are both personalised and involve high quality printing, the production process and delivery will be between 14-30 working days depending on where you live.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your order at any point as long as it has not gone to printing. Please email us at hello@proloook as soon as possible and we will contact you regarding the cancellation.
If I receive damaged stickers?
Don’t worry! If you have a problem with your stickers please send us a picture along with your order number to hello@proloook.com, and we will send you a new pack of stickers free of charge.

If you have a problem in this period of time, simply send us an email with a photo of your damaged product to hello@proloook.com and we will send you a new pack, no questions asked!
